Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), store content you upload (products, media), order and customer data you process through your storefront, billing/subscription records, and basic technical logs (IP, device, pages visited) to keep the service secure.
How we use data
To operate your account and storefront, process subscriptions (including via payment partners such as FastPay), provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email), payment gateways for plan billing, and couriers when you use shipping features — only as needed to run the service. Store owners are responsible for how they use their own customer data.
Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active and as required for legal or billing records. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
