The service
Dukanic provides software tools to create and manage online stores (storefront, catalogue, orders, themes and related features). We may update features over time.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with Pakistani law when selling.
Plans, trial & billing
New stores receive a 14-day free trial with Starter-level product limits. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Business) are billed monthly in PKR. When FastPay (or another gateway) is enabled, payments may be collected via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or card. Failed or unpaid renewals may limit product adds or other features until resolved.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform for illegal goods, fraud, abuse of payment methods, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend stores that violate these terms or create risk for buyers and partners.
Your content
You retain ownership of your store content. You grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for product claims, pricing and fulfilment to your customers.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dukanic is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or disputes between you and your buyers. Our aggregate liability for paid periods is limited to fees you paid us in the prior three months.
