Access to your seller dashboard and storefront is provided online immediately after signup (and after plan activation for paid features). There is no physical shipment of theDukanic software itself.

Physical goods (seller responsibility)
When you sell products through your Dukanic store, you set shipping zones, rates and courier workflows. Delivery times, COD handling and lost-parcel disputes are between you, your courier and your customer. Publish clear city-wise timelines on your store.
Service availability
We work to keep storefronts and dashboards available. Planned maintenance will be communicated when possible. Check system status for current health.
