Why confirmation belongs before pickup
Dispatching unconfirmed COD parcels is the fastest way to inflate RTO. A 60-second WhatsApp loop protects courier fees and inventory.
Ask the customer to reply YES with name, city, and landmark. If they go silent twice, hold the order.
Sample WhatsApp script
“Assalam o Alaikum! Order confirm karein: [product], total Rs [amount] COD. Address: [address]. Reply YES to dispatch today.”
Keep the tone polite and local. Roman Urdu works well for most buyer segments.
